The right to register .RS and .СРБ domains is available to both domestic and foreign companies and individuals, with no restrictions on the number of domains.
You don't need to be Serbian resident.
Serbian domains that can be registered are:

| .CO.RS | .ПР.СРБ | only for legal entities and entrepreneurs. |
| .ORG.RS | .ОРГ.СРБ | for business users who are nonprofit organizations. |
| .EDU.RS | .ОБР.СРБ | for business users that are educational institutions and organizations. |
| .IN.RS | .ОД.СРБ | only for individuals. |
What are the rules for domain names?
- In addition to letters and numbers (0-9), a domain name may contain a hyphen ("-"), but it must not begin or end with one, nor can it have two consecutive hyphens in the third and fourth positions.
- .RS domain names can include the 26 letters of the English alphabet, as well as letters from Latin scripts of languages spoken in Serbia (ß, é, đ, š, ą, ö, ů...). They must have a minimum of two characters and a maximum of 63. As of December 10, 2018, .RS domains also support characters outside of the English alphabet.
- .СРБ domain names can include 30 characters of Serbian Cyrillic, as well as characters from Cyrillic scripts of other languages spoken in Serbia (щ, ё, ќ, я, ў...).
- They must also have a minimum of two characters but a maximum of around 30 characters (due to internal conversion into Latin characters).
