Often the space on the hosting account fills up because the files in the "Trash" folder take up a lot of space. You should check your trash folder from time to time to prevent this from happening. In this guide, we will explain how to empty the "Trash" folder in cPanel. To check and make sure how much space is occupied by the "Trash" folder, click on "Disk Usage" in the "Files" section and in the lower part of the page you will see how much space is occupied.
- Log in to cPanel
- In the "Files" section, click on the "File Manager" option
- Click the "View Trash" button at the top right
- Select the files you want to delete and click the "Delete" button in the upper part
You can also delete all files from a folder at once:
